Here is the first 2 page layout for December... Each square could either be a picture or a journaling spot.... these squares are 3 1/2 inches so the photos will be cut at 3"square. For this page you can add 9 or less photos. To change it up you could even use 2 squares for 1 photo sized 3x6.
This page will be for 1 photo at 4x6. I will add the title on here also. I plan on using these pages for when we go pick or own tree up in Payson, Arizona!! I'm very excited to do this as a family and we plan on taking our quads to drive around to find our tree!!!
As soon as I finish the 2nd 2 page layout I will add it below!

Halloween Shadow Box Picture Gift
Here is a layout I made using K & Companys Halloween by tim Coffey Paper. They are kinda hard to see in these small pictures so I will do a video on this layout so you can see all the detail! This took me quite a few hours but I had so much fun doing it!
I cut out the house and fence and popped it all up on pop dots....made the flowers out of some of the paper from the pack but also from some music paper and some glimmer mists that I made myself. I have added stickles to the moon and also the flowers and the haunted mansion sign that is hanging on the gate. I even went to the lengths of adding crackle accents to the whole fence which made it have a great look of a real iron gate! And yes, I did use and exacto knife to cut the fence out in some spots! I know, Im crazy, but I had fun doing it while watching poker on tv...my two favorite things right now (scrapbooking and texas hold em!).
This will be a Hostess gift for a friend that is hosting the first Scrapbooking Moms Night In in the moms group I am in! I hope to get more moms making memories for their kids to look back on for many years to come!!! Please check back soon for the video for more detail!

12x24 Halloween Layout
Here is the layout I will teach some friends that would like to get into scrapbooking. I kept it pretty basic but with many places to add pictures.
This layout is good for (2) 4x4 pictures , (3) 3x5 pictures, and in the book it will hold the following: (LxW).....(1) 3 1/2 x 5, (2) 3 1/2 x 4 1/2, (2)3 1/2 x 4, and (3) 3 1/2 x 3 1/2. And any of these picture spots can turn into a journaling spot or be left blank if they dont have that many photos but since we will be getting together once a month I will be trying to have lots of spaces for photos if this will be the only scrapbook page they do for each occasion!

12x12 layouts
This is Cole and I and I used old My Minds Eye Tres Jolie paper from 2007...but this was made for challenge #3 at the beach ( I cut up a border and made flowers out of it).
This was Challenge #2 and again I used old paper from Fancy Pants 2007...and the challenge was basically put holes in your page somehow so I used grommets.
Challenge #1 was to use old paper and supplies..I decided to use old for all my layouts!
That was my weekend...Nickelodeon on friday night...scrapbooking on Saturday and football on Sunday! Oh what fun!
These were a few new layouts I made this weekend. Joe and I took Cole to see Nickelodeon's Storytime Live at The Jobing.com Arena in Glendale, Arizona. These photos aren't of the show since photo taking was prohibited but of the fountains in front of the arena. Cole and Daddy were having fun so I was snapping away with the camera! I can take pics of them all day long!!!
I was really bummed that I wasn't able to take pics to remember this fun time :( They didnt even have a meet and greet so he can get pics with the characters! This was a great show but I think they need to either allow pics (without flash, of course) or have a meet and greet and pose for pics for the kids so they can remember it!That was my weekend...Nickelodeon on friday night...scrapbooking on Saturday and football on Sunday! Kristens Diaper Cake
We had a baby shower in the hospital for my friend Kristen. At 18weeks pregnant she got rear-ended while driving home from bringing her daughter to school. Needless to say it wasnt a fun pregnancy.....from bleeding to breaking her bag of waters at 28weeks ending up in the hospital on bedrest til the baby is born on tuesday Sept.14th....the good news is the baby is doing wonderfully....she was born at 3lbs 140z and 15 inches, and she was even breathing on her own!
Here is the diaper cake I made for her for the shower.
I used three receiving blankets for each tier.
5 baby hair clip flowers that go down the cake.
about 65 diapers size 1
the top consists of fake flowers and also some flowers made from rolled up baby socks!
I had so much fun making this cake and it was the hit of the shower!

ACRYLIC ALBUM PAGE 9
Page 9 is titles "sweet baby" , which is a rubon that I glossy accented! I added the pink flowery paper to cover my glue from the page before and added the heart journaling spot to cover the grungeboard from the back. The medium sized heart I decorated both sides when I glued it down to the back of this page and used glossy accents to glue it so it looks nice..and the smaller heart I had 2 of that size so I just butted them up against eachother!

ACRYLIC ALBUM PAGE 7
Page 7 is not titled!! just a very fun page! the film strip again on paper and same idea with the flower and film strip/ribbon.
Notice here is the BACKS of the bling that I used on the page before...What I did was use my alcohol inks to make them look green and pink (by using a paint brush to brush the circles of the backs of the blings) and then I put a blob of glossy accents for each bling spot! I love how this came out and recommend it for all acrylic pages so you dont have to see the backs of bling!!!
So what do u think of that alcohol ink/glossy accent technique for the backs of bling???

ACRYLIC ALBUM PAGE 6
Page 6 is "Cute as a Button"
I used this cute film strip diecut that I got from Tammy from a swap we did and I painted it with brown acrylic paint and glues it down to some of this beautiful MME paper.

Here is a close up of a bling flourish I made myself with some green and pinks...It was fun making my own flourish and was nice that I could have it go any way I wanted but also so you cannot see the "gluestrip" that most flourish have! You should try it! I added a butterfly rubon at the top and glossy accented it!

ACRYLIC ALBUM PAGE 5
Page 5 is titles "little angel" and is a rubon that I added to the circles at the top of the page...I also drew some clouds on there for some more fun! Sorry this pic is sideways! UGH...I Glimmer misted this frame to make it the color I wanted it and added the flowers and button center to the corner with some doodled flourishes with my signo white pen. The two smaller flowers are rubons.

close up of the title rubon and I added some doodles to the edges for fun which u can see on page 5 also.
